Educational History:

Graduated High School in 1992 in Colcord, Oklahoma

Bachelor’s Degree in Science Education in 1997 from Northeastern State University

Master’s Degree in Education Administration 2007 from Grand Canyon University of Phoenix, Arizona

Previous Position:

I started teaching at Colcord in the fall of 1998. I have taught high school science, middle level science and drivers education. Served as the Varsity Head Football Coach from 2001-2011. 

Current Position:

I currently serve at the District Superintendent and entering my 20^th year at Colcord Public Schools.

Family Information:

I am married to Jera (Nicky) Shelley Simmons. We met at Colcord and were married in the summer of 1996. We have two daughters Abby and Jenna.
